Free kilometers
250 km per day are included in the rental price. 0.30 € is charged for each additional kilometer. If the kilometer limit is exceeded, the additional kilometers driven will be offset directly against the deposit and the remainder of the deposit will be paid out to you.

Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.
Territorial restrictions
International trips within Europe are possible. Eastern and non-European countries require the prior consent of the landlord and the application for additional insurance cover.
Cancellation fees
In the event of a withdrawal from the binding rental contract, the following fees are due:
- in the event of cancellation 120 days before the start of the journey: 50% of the total rental price
- 30 days or more before the start of the journey, the full rental price must be paid.
- If the vehicle is not picked up, either through or through no fault of its own, the full rental price is due and the renter is no longer entitled to the vehicle.
Please note that interior and exterior cleaning as well as toilet cleaning must be carried out by yourself, if you do not book these as additional options.
