You submit a request using the form on the website. You will then receive an offer. If you accept it, we will send you the rental agreement by email. You sign it and send it back to us.

Yes, as long as the desired vehicle is available on the new date.

The price includes the rental fee, statutory liability insurance, comprehensive insurance and partial comprehensive insurance (with excess). You will also receive detailed instructions.

Please note: A service fee of €140 applies per booking. This covers gas, toilet chemicals and basic consumables, among other things.

During the Bavarian summer holidays: 7 days.

Only if you book additional options. Otherwise, none.

The deposit is €1,500. It must be paid in full into our account no later than the time of collection. Once the item has been returned undamaged, we will transfer the deposit back to you immediately.

Yes. 250 km per day are free. Additional kilometres cost €0.30/km.

A 30% deposit is payable upon conclusion of the contract.

The remaining amount must be in our account no later than 4 weeks before the start of the trip.

Yes. The earlier, the cheaper. You can find the exact cancellation conditions in the rental agreement.

Tip: Travel cancellation insurance is worthwhile.

For all motorhomes up to 3.5 tonnes, class B or the old class 3 is sufficient.

Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes require a Class C1 licence or the old Class 3 licence (obtained before 1999).

At least 21 years old.

You must also have held a driving licence for at least 3 years.

The hirer themselves. Any toll charges abroad must be paid independently.

We include a lot as standard:

• Gas cylinder (one full + one partially used; exception: diesel heating)

• Environmental badges in Germany and France

• Bed linen: Bed sheets provided, please bring your own pillows/blankets or book a linen package

Yes. Every vehicle is disinfected with an ozone generator before handover.

Usually from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

Other times are usually possible by arrangement.

Allow 45–60 minutes. We will explain everything from gas and electricity to the toilet.

In addition, you will receive an introductory video in advance.

Yes. There is free parking on a neighbouring property.

There are washing boxes directly next door.

Important: The waste water tank and toilet cassette must be completely emptied and cleaned.

If you don't feel like cleaning, you can book a final cleaning service.

You will receive the vehicle with a full tank and return it with a full tank.

A petrol station is only about 300 metres away.

In the event of an accident, always call the police first.

Yes, most European countries are permitted.

Travel to crisis areas and countries such as Russia or Belarus is not permitted.

The vehicles can be viewed by appointment.

No. All vehicles are non-smoking vehicles.
