Deposit and deductible

Deposit payment method: bank transfer in advance
Insurance coverage: Fully comprehensive insurance - (liability, accident, theft, fire damage, vandalism, damage to the windshield, roof damage)
Deductible amount: € 1,500.00 (can be reduced to € 250.00 through insurance)
Insurance cover up to: 2,000,000.00 €

Free kilometers
250 km per day are included in the rental price. 0.30 € will be charged per additional kilometre. If the kilometre limit is exceeded, the additional kilometres driven will be offset directly against the deposit and the rest of the deposit will be paid out to you.

Smoking is not permitted in the vehicles.
Territorial restrictions
International trips within Europe are possible. Eastern and non-European countries require the prior consent of the landlord and the application for additional insurance cover.
Cancellation fees
In the event of a withdrawal from the binding rental contract, the following fees are due:
- in the event of cancellation 120 days before the start of the journey: 50% of the total rental price
- 30 days or more before the start of the journey, the full rental price must be paid.
- If the vehicle is not picked up, either through or through no fault of its own, the full rental price is due and the renter is no longer entitled to the vehicle.
Please note that both interior and exterior cleaning as well as toilet cleaning must be carried out yourself if you do not book these as additional options.
